The site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Every page works with a keyboard alone, has one clear heading structure, gives every photo a text description, keeps text and buttons large enough to read and tap, and respects the browser's reduced-motion setting. Forms work without JavaScript.
Problems with the site
Anything on the site that does not work can be reported to the office at management@gioiarealty.com or (212) 420-1246, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The office will fix the problem or provide the information another way. It helps to mention the page and what happened.
Apartments and reasonable accommodations
A person with a disability who needs a reasonable accommodation or modification, to apply for an apartment, to live in one or to use the common areas of a building, can ask the office. Details are in the fair housing statement.
